P&O Advisor HRIS

We are currently looking for an HRIS Advisor to join our People & Operations team.

This role is accountable for ensuring that business processes are adequately supported by the HR Information System (HRIS), providing support to the People & Organization team and collaborating with various stakeholders on system integrations and optimization. The role will drive continuous system and process improvement to enhance data management processes and system functionality.

Some of the things you will be doing

• Accountable for managing the company HR Information System (HRIS) in alignment with System Owner.

• Ensure that business processes are adequately supported by the company HRIS.

• Accountable for ensuring Master data in the HRIS are according to Master data repository.

• Act as main contact with vendor for the HRIS regarding Contract and developments.

• Follow up cost control within the HRIS and give input to budget process.

• Accountable for Service level agreement for the HRIS Helpdesk and Support HRIS Helpdesk when needed.

• Investigate, determine, and resolve system faults in coordination with other support functions.

• Project manager for developing projects involving the HRIS.

• Responsible for integration of data to/from the HRIS.

• Perform acceptance testing prior to application or upgrade deployment, which involves creating criteria, test plans, and executing acceptance tests.

• Assist in the revision and audits of the application.

• Accountable for change management according to Altera Change Policy and SOX requirements.

• Facilitate cooperation and training to system users to improve consistency in the usage of the HRIS

• Ensure updated general training material.

What we are looking for

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience

• Independent yet collaborative, and ability to provide professional support across Altera to achieve departmental and corporate objectives

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels

• Familiar with HRIS functionalities, good understanding of database organization and IT solutions.

• High degree of efficiency, flexibility, and accuracy.

• Driven to achieve results

• Experience with OCS is an advantage
