Being an early adopter of S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform, we have at our hands some of the newest technologies available from SAP.  As the Senior Specialist responsible for driving global processes and utilizing these new enhancements effectively, you will play a crucial role in realizing the full potential of these platforms. You will get the opportunity to gain strong business understanding within the energy industry by collaboration closely with internal and external stakeholders.

This role is be part of our highly skilled Finance Digitalization & transformation team within the Finance Group. Our mission is creating and implementing digitalization and transformation roadmaps within finance and controlling, including deployment of features available in our SAP solution. Office location can be at our Head-office in Fornebu, Stord, Stavanger or Bergen.

What will you be doing?

• Proactively identify, propose and drive system enhancements and global business process changes
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
• Partner with key stakeholders within all our segments and functions to transform business processes globally
• Support the business and technical teams during system implementations, company roll outs, upgrades and migration project

We think you should have:

• Bsc within relevant fields
• 5+ experience with extensive understanding and expertise from finance related end-to-end processes in SAP. Preferably from EPC business (Engineering, Procurement and Construction). Experience from consultancy is of interest
• Experience with S/4 HANA is a must
• In-depth knowledge of other SAP modules such as PS, SD and HR/payroll is an advantage. Experience from SAP BTP, Fiori development and implementations would be excellent
• A curious and proactive mindset
• The ability to work independently
• Analytical skills
• Strong collaboration skills, and be able to build networks internally and externally
• Flexibility to work on multiple projects and some travel if needed
