**Position: Sous Chef**
**Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and execute innovative menus that reflect our culinary vision.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency in food preparation.
- Lead and mentor the staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen.
- Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs.
- Contribute creative ideas and techniques to continually elevate the dining experience for our guests.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume, upscale restaurant.
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating exceptional dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices, with a commitment to upholding industry standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
