We are looking for a new colleague at Voksenåsen, and we would like you to send your application! 

Voksenåsen is located high above Oslo, boasting a spectacular view of the city. A metro stop is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the hotel, and the location is easily accessible by car. 

Every day at Voksenåsen presents unique guest experiences. We enjoy different daily tasks in a place with people from all over the world, and we hope you want to join this unit! 

Your work station is located in the heart of the hotel; The Front Desk. You will handle inquiries and questions from hotel guests, and secure the location.

The positions schedule is 7 days on/7 days off. (starting Monday)

Key Responsibilities of the Service manager: Night 

• Reception duties such as; Check-in/check-out, handling of room reservations (including registration of payment), room allocation, etc. 
• Bar service 
• Periodical cleaning tasks. 
• Cleaning and setting up meeting rooms and common areas, including rigging. 
• Assist in the preparation of breakfast. 
• Safety routines that include night patrols and fire protection 
• Making sure of fully maintained coffee machines and other equipment 
• Keep track of stock related to the conference department. 

Requirements for Service Manager: Night 

A proven track record in a similar role within a high-quality setting, showcasing excellent standards. 

You must speak and write fluently in one of the Nordic languages and English. 

A positive attitude, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer care. 

A drive and ambition to inspire the team to maintain and surpass our service goals. 

Team player mentality, clear thinking, and excellent communication skills.
