Tietoevry Banking is looking for Senior Project Manager

We are growing and are looking for a Senior Project Manager who wants to be part of Tietoevry Banking and the Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) business unit in Tietoevry.

FCP delivers a holistic set of services covering Identity, Fraud Prevention and Anti Money Laundering (AML) to prevent criminal activity in the financial industry and enable customers to comply with regulations, standards and internal risk assessments. The unit consists of 130 employees based mainly in Norway and Sweden and is looking to expand to other European countries.

How You’ll Contribute

· Understand the general principles of Agile as outlined in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and be fully aligned to those principles

· Mentor and coach the teams on agile methodology

· Participate in longer term roadmap planning

· Manage monthly capitalization processes and change management processes

· Monitor and track milestones, and facilitate mitigation of issues and risks

· Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve problems and remove impediments/barriers for the team; escalate to the Product Manager as needed

· Ensure that release deliverables are submitted and that quality standards defined by the team are consistently met (per acceptance criteria and definition of done)

· Monitor the effectiveness of scrum team processes and performance, and collaborate with the team on changes and improvements

What You’ll Bring

· At-least 10 years of total working experience with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working with project management.

· A strong track record of leading multiple, independent cross-functional projects simultaneously or as one cohesive program.

· Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects is a plus

· Certification(s) in Agile methodologies (PMI-ACP, CSM, CSP, SA, SASM or equivalent) preferred

· Strong facilitation and collaboration skills

· Strong understanding of and demonstrated experience in using Agile Tools like: Jira/Confluence or Agile Central

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven, e-commerce culture and environment.

· Very good problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

· Fluency in Norwegian
