As our first Key Account Manager in Norway and Denmark, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development beginning with the product JULÄINE? and maintaining relationships with key accounts in your region. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager Nordics, you will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs teams to develop and implement sales strategies. You will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, primarily healthcare professionals. Additionally, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and providing product and technical support to customers.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Contribute to and implement sales strategies to drive product sales and achieve targets for key accounts.
  • Responsible for the commercial relationship with Key Accounts in Norway and Denmark.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads.
  • Provide product and technical support to customers.
  • Attend and present at industry events and conferences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and tailor-made customer activity plans with short- and longterm RoI calculations
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the aesthetic market and competitive products.

Now you are motivated to bring an innovative, high-end product to the market.

Required qualifications:

  • Sales experience in the medtech, life science, aesthetics or beauty industry.
  • A proven ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Norwegian and English.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for business as needed.

Qualifications that make you stand out:

  • Commercial experience in sales of aesthetic injectables or high-end brands.
  • Educational background in healthcare, nursing, or similar.

Personality:

  • Good communication skills, oral and written, and listening.
  • Strong team player with an ability to collaborate with, and influence, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable experience of working in cross functional teams with ability influence and collaborate.
  • Positive and solutions-focused mindset.

This is a field-based position, working primarily in Oslo and with some travel required throughout the Nordic region.
