Main responsibilities:

• Providing support in Norwegian by email and Live chats;
• Processing with great attention to details and content;
• Identifying clients' needs and proactively proposing solutions;
• Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction;
• Working closely with our team to improve and establish the necessary processes.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken;
• A proactive person with good support/sales skills;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Previous experience as a support agent will be considered an advantage.
