Tasks and responsibilities in the role include:

As the IAM Lead, your primary responsibility is to drive the overall IAM strategy and its implementation, in line with our bank's governing documents. On top of this, you will be entrusted with the following duties:

Overseeing the entirety of the IAM Strategy, facilitation, coordination and execution of IAM requirements
Ensuring regular communication with the head of IT Risk for accurate progress reports, and issue management
Leading general IAM awareness and training operations within the bank
Coordinating key IAM controls and maintaining a comprehensive overview of IAM information repository in CMDB
Managing third-party access
Overseeing policy management operations
Partaking in both internal and external audits, including SOX audits
Establishing required procedures and guidelines to manage IAM risks
Liaising with 2LOD, 3LOD, external audit and HQ as per requirements

Who we´re looking for:

More than 5 years of experience in IT risk management or a related discipline (for example, security, IT Risk, IAM, or compliance).
Basic knowledge of a broad range of standards and frameworks (ISO 27001, IT Infrastructure Library and ISO 20000, Capability Maturity Model Integration, and Six Sigma)
Knowledge of common risk management methodologies (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology and Committee of Sponsoring Organizations Enterprise Risk Management)
Bachelor's degree in IT or IT-risk-related disciplines. A business degree and professional certifications (Certified Information Security Manager, Certified Information Systems Security Professional) are advantageous

In-depth understanding of strategic business risks: To inform business decisions, propose relevant IT responses, and adapt to regulatory changes
Excellence in communication: Both written and verbal, to effectively communicate security and risk-related concepts to diverse audiences
Strong negotiation skills: To facilitate commitment to and sign-off on appropriate levels of residual risk from line-of-business managers
High level of personal integrity: Ability to handle confidential matters professionally, with sound judgment and maturity
Initiative and dependability: Along with the ability to work with little supervision
