ManpowerGroup is embarking on a significant transformation of the organization, led by technology. A key component of this transformation is robust analytics product deployment. We are now seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst which will have a key role when ManpowerGroup modernizes and digitizes core business processes by using data and analytics to drive success transformation!

Your new challenges and areas of responsibility

As a member of a compact local team responsible for operations spanning seven countries, you will leverage our expansive network of expertise and engage in close collaboration with other European branches of the ManpowerGroup. The position involves designing and developing UI wireframes for new dashboards, ensuring intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, and seamless navigation and functionality. You'll serve as a liaison between technical and business teams, fostering effective communication and alignment.

Additionally, you'll conduct data analysis and requirement assessments, identifying analytics business needs and improving processes. Managing data modeling and pipelines for analytics, you'll develop robust data models and support data-driven business transformation initiatives.

Your responsibilities also encompass effective communication through workshops and reviews, disseminating insights and project updates to cross-functional teams, and leading sessions for end users, developers, and business stakeholders.

Are you the one we're looking for?

We believe that the right candidate for the role of Business Intelligence Analyst possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, along with comprehensive relevant experience. We value individuals who have experience with SQL, Power BI and BI data modelling. The position requires strong proficiency skills in both English and a Nordic language, orally and writing. We believe the right candidate is a proactive and self-driven professional who excels in an environment with minimal oversight.

Skill requirements include proficiency in SQL, BI data modeling, and a strong understanding of statistical concepts and methods. Experience with BI visualization tools, particularly PowerBI, is highly desirable. The right candidate should also exhibit excellent analytical skills, along with strong planning, organizational, and time management abilities. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.

We are seeking a proactive and self-driven professional who thrives in an environment with minimal oversight. Strong communication skills are essential for this role, as it involves interaction within an international company. Proficiency in English and a Nordic language, both orally and in writing, is therefore required to effectively collaborate and communicate with colleagues across different regions.

For this position it is an option to be located in ManpowerGroup AB headquarter in Stockholm.
