Development Geologist

The role will be involved in all the Company’s development projects, but with main responsibility and focus on the operated Carmen project. The successful applicant must be degree qualified and have post-graduate experience with direct development experience on the NCS or wider North Sea.

 Good commercial understanding, project management ability and confident presentation skills will all be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as focal point for all development geology matters in the company
• Represent Wellesley’s interests in the appropriate licence committees
• Interact with and advise the other subsurface disciplines
• Assist Business Development efforts in both acquisition and divestment projects
• Assist the exploration team in estimating recoverable resources from undrilled structures
• Manage development data in line with the company’s systems
