Are you our next Cost Controller?

We are currently seeking a Cost Controller to join our great team Stavanger!


In this possition, your tasks will include:

• Execute work in line with project contracts, including conditions and appendixes for commercial and administrative requirements

• Coordinate cost information for all project phases and levels

• Establish and maintain project budgets, including estimated cost work

• Provide project management with continuous updates on cost and revenue status

• Identify deviations to budgets and trends early on

• Track performance indicators

• Control cost expenditure and revenues, ensuring appropriate recognition

• Provide forecasts, reports (internal and external), and cash flow calculations

• Reconcile booked vs. project recognized costs

• Ensure timely and proactive invoicing according to contract provisions

• Standardize measurement of all cost information from contract award to accumulate historical data

• Collect expended manhours and conduct cost analysis and reporting

• Prepare and provide input for experience transfer reports

Qualification Requirements

• Relevant formal higher education

• Preferably over 3 years of experience in a similar role

• Ability to work independently (under supervision) and in a team, with a proactive and safety-focused approach

• Solution-oriented mindset

• Good communication skills

• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and oral

• Positive team player

• Analytical and efficient
