We are currently seeking a diligent Contract Specialist who will be involved in driving our business forward through detailed contract management and proposal development. This role will include working closely with cross-functional teams to craft winning proposals and negotiate contracts that align with our sales and customer service strategies.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support the Aero Norway Contract, Sales & Marketing team in preparing contracts, proposals & tenders.
- Be part of the Sales team and coordinate with Sales, Engineering and Finance teams to ensure contracts are fulfilled in compliance with the terms and regulations.
- Manage the contract process throughout the lifecycle of an agreement, with responsibilities such as:
1. Drafting of legal documents (contract, proposals, official letters, etc)
2. Review and negotiate contracts terms with Sales Manager
3. Contract management (monitoring compliance, tracking deadlines, and facilitating amendments or renewals as necessary)
4. Risk management and compliance.
5. Record-keeping of contract and documentation
- Perform other contract and commercial activities as required.
- Actively contribute to achievement of Aero Norway AS plans and strategies
- Administration of new and existing contracts in the CRM System and ERP System
About you:
- Academic degree within Economic and Business Administration or Legal/Contract education.
And/or
- Related job experience(s), preferably thorough knowledge of contract principles and legal requirements
- Fluent English language skills; verbal, reading and writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Commercially driven, entrepreneurship attitude and behavior
- Customer focus; fully understand customer motivation and requirements.
- Deliver results & continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive and independent working methods
- Adaptable and flexibility to work on multiple commercial tasks simultaneously.
