We are looking for a self-motivated, structured and outgoing senior sales rep to strengthen our Strategic Client Solutions team for Norway.
You will become an important part of a team of competent and helpful colleagues across the Nordics.
We are looking for a candidate who sees language as a strategic asset. You will be interacting with current and prospective clients about our translation processes, technology and quality measures and you will become an expert in understanding the client’s requirements.
To succeed in the job, you must be result oriented and have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. You will enjoy contributing to a culture where shared goals are just as important as individual goals.
An exciting position
Your main responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities within the public sector through understanding and developing existing accounts and actively acquiring new contacts. To this end, you will:
- identify new opportunities and contribute to the development of specialized customer solutions together with project managers and solution architects as well as the Strategic Client Solutions team as a whole
- update our customers on our language and technology services and solutions
- develop strong ties between Semantix and our clients through driving comprehensive client onboarding processes, ad-hoc follow-up and regular business reviews
- report to senior management and maintain customer data in our CMS
- maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers
Who are you?

- relevant academic background
- excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Norwegian
- an interest in state-of-the-art technology solutions within the language industry
- self-management skills
A basic understanding of public procurement processes would be a bonus.
