Senior Telecom Engineer - 26372

Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Senior Telecom Engineer. - 26372

Job responsibilities:

Participate in EPCI modification and/or maintenance projects
For some projects act as discipline responsible
Ensure functional design solutions, both within own discipline and towards other disciplines
Execution and co-ordination of technical procurement activities
Tag register - System registration - tagged items – update and register with new tag and documentation.
Field surveys both Onshore and offshore
Control system design; ESDS, PSO, PCS
Specify and prepare new and update of existing layout
Engineering documentation, Termination and loop design
Specify and prepare data sheets
Documentation and follow up vendor - instrument/automation packages
Prepare job cards
Prepare MTO for bulk and tagged items

Your experience and qualifications:

Relevant education – Master, Bachelor or Technical college/skilled worker with long experience and craft certificate.
At least 5 years' experience as a Telecom Engineer
Experience with offshore related / oil & gas / NORSOK projects – installation experience
We are looking for candidates with relevant experience and broad knowledge of deliverables within Telecommunications for the Norwegian Continental Shelf
Network design skills, including fiber optic and network cabeling
You understand and are able to follow activity schedules
Good communication skills in English and also Norwegian.
