Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for an Instrument Engineer 26367.
Job description:
• In line with the client (and authority) ensure discipline deliverables at the right detail level for studies with feasible technical solutions
• Prepare technical philosophy documents, sketches, drawings, indexes as required
• Prepare MTO (Material list) including weight and cost input
• Cooperate with other disciplines, Client and vendors
• Prepare input to register for Risk and opportunity
• Prepare Input to MEL (Main Equipment List) including dimensions, weight and cost
• Prepare Input to reports in English
Qualification and education:
• MSc, BSc, Technical College, (or other relevant education and relevant experience)
• Minimum 5 years experience from the oil and gas industry
• NORSOK experience and detailed knowledge of the standard
• Study work experience – preferable within NORSOK projects
• Good knowledge with offshore EIT installations and requirements/standards
• Experience in estimation work and planning activities
• EX basic (approved for Norway – 22,5hrs)
• Good communicative skills in English and preferable Norwegian language
Willing to relocate to Stavanger – open for work in Stavanger.
Location: Stavanger
Duration: 01.08.2024 - 01.06.2025
