About the job:

Come onboard as our new Fulfillment Specialist, where you'll be the backbone of keeping everything in line.

The mission? To champion operational excellence in our supply chain. This means ensuring vendor compliance, managing EXW (FOB) orders, and overseeing consignment operations with meticulous precision. Key tasks include maintaining compliance records, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring accurate inventory management.

Who you are

Qualifications & Experience:

A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. (5 years of experience in B2B Operations in lieu of degree).
Proven experience in fulfillment, supply chain, vendor compliance, or similar role with exposure to B2B Operations.
Proficient in the use of ERP systems and MS365, with an aptitude for learning new technology.
Experience in retail, particularly in consignment sales.
Knowledge of SQL is an advantage but not a requirement.

Personal attributes

Well-organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Curiosity and enthusiasm for leveraging AI and emerging technologies to drive process improvements.
