Aftermarket Repair is NOV’s repair workshop for re-certifications and upgrades of equipment for the energy sector.

As a Project Manager you will have a key role in our organization and you be responsible for technical and commercial management, planning and executing of dedicated projects and tenders.

We want to strengthen our project group and are looking for a technically strong Project Manager to join our team in Søgne.

 Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Act as a single point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders
• Overall responsible for project scope from bid stage through planning, execution and close out
• Technical management of the project scope
• Lead project teams both in-house and on site
• Some travelling may be required
• Monitor all project activities, report progress against plans and take corrective actions as required to manage deviations
• Track and control project financials
• Comply with all NOV Company- and HSE policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Technical degree, or equivalent combination of education and technical-/ project management experience
• Extensive technical and commercial understanding of drilling vessels, equipment and industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functional boundaries, geographies, and cultures
