Our new team member will have a challenging and varied commercial and operational service function, in an international and very dynamic business. You will be an important part of our team, where everyone needs to be proactive, efficient, structured and flexible. You will get a responsible position, handling a variety of tasks, across cultures, countries, languages and time zones. • You will handle products and services to many vessel types in most segments, to ports, terminals, areas, in different countries mostly in the western hemisphere
• Your role includes a wide range of task across the value chain; from handling incoming requests, via quotes to follow ups and securing deliveries
• You are in direct contact with clients from all over the world, shipowners, managers, chemical partners, logistic partners, agents and others involved in our sales and operations

Tasks and responsibilities:

o   Quoting to clients from direct inquiries, purchase portals and from being proactive, in close touch with our worldwide team

o   Responsible for deliveries from direct sales, full operation service handling, including;

*Contact with clients, a full sales, operation and service dialogue from requests, quotes via order confirmation to invoicing – ensuring deliveries and client satisfaction

*Purchase and contact with suppliers, logistics partners and agents for deliveries – maintaining our reputation to serve cost efficiently and safe

*Assist to create and handle documentation for processing and filing in ERP, CRM and other systems

Qualifications:

o   Level, Bachelor degree, preferably within the maritime sector

o   Maritime Operation. Preference to have some maritime commercial, technical, service or operation and support background

o   Maritime logistics, sourcing understanding and experience with commercial focus

o   Fluent in English, verbal and writing

o   Admin, ERP, CRM system experience

o   Service minded attitude, flexible to assist clients at any time, because you like to

o   Independent and self-running, enjoying work at high speed

o   Analytical and structured

o   Eager, and proactive, looking for solutions
