In the role as Integrated Media Leader, you are responsible for executing multichannel integrated media strategy and maximizing marketing ROI, with a special focus on digital channels and Marketing Performance. You are also responsible for identifying audiences and media solutions/local content needs to provide effective and efficient country marketing plans that contribute to growth. 

You will: 

  • Be responsible for development and implementation of Integrated Media plans with main focus on digital performance channels such as paid search (in collaboration with SEO specialist and agency), DCO display and social media performance campaigns. 
  • Be responsible for budget management of campaigns to maximize return on investment, and together with our agency partners you make sure we use the programmatic solutions that benefit IKEA.  
  • Support Marketing Performance Leader with Media Performance analysis, including media auditing, cost-efficiency analysis, monitoring and reporting on cost-benefit ratio 
  • Actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and maximize impact 
  • Guarantee the integrated multichannel executions/output in order to contribute to the business goals 
  • Be an active player in driving an open and sharing climate, be a role model of the IKEA values, and contribute to the transformation of IKEA

Who you are:

  • As a person you have a growth mindset, and you are open to change. You understand the power of Paid Digital Channels and have an interest in digital landscape trends. 
  • Further you understand the complexity of the new media landscape, and show high interest in digital media and marketing technology as well as of IKEA multichannel reality and online customer behaviors.  
  • You have a passion for Marketing Performance and preferably experience with data analytics, GA4, Business Manager, product feed tools, performance evaluation and integration across tech tools. 
  • We believe you have minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, delivering results and managing paid media budgets either on agency or client side. 
  • You have ability to independently lead a project and implement desired actions with speed and simplicity combined with strong interpersonal skills.


In this role you will report to the Integrated Media Manager and the position is located in Slependen.
