Join our team at Iris, a unique dining experience located in the heart of Norway’s Hardanger fjord. Iris is located inside Salmon Eye, the world's largest floating art installation and a center of gastronomic innovation, we offer more than just a meal; we provide a journey through the flavors and natural beauty of our region. 

 

Role Overview: As a crucial part of our kitchen team, the dishwasher plays a vital role in maintaining the operational standards of our kitchen, ensuring that every piece of cutlery, dish, and cooking utensil is impeccably clean. This position supports the entire restaurant operation by providing a clean and organized environment. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans are cleaned and stored appropriately. 
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and equipment. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • No previous experience required; training will be provided. 
  • Strong work ethic and reliability. 
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Salmon Eye is a forum meant to inspire and inform the world on how to better feed the planet with sustainable seafood. Visually stunning, with it’s double curved ellipsoid design, Salmon Eye is one of the world’s largest enterable floating art installations. Our aim is to see aquaculture in a new evolutionary way.

Eide Sustainable Marine Technology is currently developing break-through innovations within aquaculture. The new WaterMoon technology is developed in ESMT and is an important strategic part of the Eide group, enabling us to produce in a revolutionary way. The initiative will enable a paradigm shift in our industry and set a new standard for aquaculture.
