  • Manage a portfolio of customers and adhere to our Customer Success lifecycle & prioritization.
  • Report on set KPIs for your portfolio
  • Focus on Customer Satisfaction, to reduce churn, and work towards Order Income targets set for portfolio.
  • Build strong trust-based relationships with users and customer sponsors, often at the Vice President and C-suite level.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into every core product, marketing, and sales process.
  • Provide Insights to customers to ensure that they get the most of our services.
  • Be the driving force in the adoption of applications towards the clients.
  • Create Quotes and interact close with the growth team.
  • Be the company’s internal collaborating team and make sure we work close with all of teams around us.
  • Pipeline and opportunity reporting
  • Proactive engagement towards customers with a focus to increase revenue and sustain a long-term business relationship.


We are looking for someone who:

  • Has Experience working in a software company on a Customer Support/Customer Success or Sales position.
  • Preferably have experience in maritime industry as a superintendent, vessel/fleet manager or experience sailing as an officer onboard.
  • Is outgoing and with a great collaborative and proactive mindset

There will be expected regional and international travelling (at least once a month) for this position.
