Digital Coordinator

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Digital Coordinator will be responsible to drive all online content in Norway – collating information, generating content with reviews, images and video content to showcase all aspects of the Monster and Burn brands online via our own platforms, as well as Social Media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.

This role requires a highly motivated individual who has a proven ability to work under his or her own initiative in an unsupervised environment. This is a full-time position requiring some weekend and late-night hours.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

·      Edit, publish, and share engaging content

·      Communicate with our Social Media fans and followers daily, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer complaints on socials

·      Co-Design and implement the Social Media strategy to align with business goals

·      Translate global content to local language (Norwegian) on a regular basis

·      Collaborate with the EMEA digital team & work closely with the Paid Social Media manager

·      Support the local team with influencer management and Paid Social Media campaigns

·      Support the local team with content projects

·      Maintain key reports for progress and dashboards to understand the impact of the digital activities

·      Collect market research and produce insights for management

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE·      

·   Excellent copywriting skills in Norwegian & English

·      Proven experience in creative writing and translating for digital marketing channels (social media, websites, paid ads etc.).

·      Understanding of 'new' forms of marketing (social media, influencer marketing, user generated content, etc.).

·      Passion for and understanding of creating & distributing engaging imagery in film and photo.

·      Ability to assess data analytically and draw conclusions for recommended action

·      Experience in working with MS Office, especially Excel to produce local reports

·      Ability to learn new skills “on the go”

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

·      Passion for the Monster and/or Burn lifestyle.

·      Native to the social media landscape.

·      Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment.

·      Ability to work from home and the local office in Norway.

·      This is very much a hands-on role and will require dedication and commitment working in a variety of environments, including a willingness to travel and weekend work.

·      Excellent understanding of written and spoken English required.

·      Good time management, attention to detail and great communication are key to the role.
