Do investments, customer experience and building strong relations with customers make your heart beat faster? Are you an experienced sales manager with experience from working with Wealth Management, Private Banking or Active Trading customers?



Nordnet Norway is seeking new Head of Private Banking and Partner to lead our team in Oslo. In this key role, you will be commercial responsible for the results and business development in Nordnets segments Private Banking, Active Trading and Partner, leading at team of five.

This is part of the role

Your team has the responsibility to grow and develop key segments and partnerships in Nordnet Norway. As the team Head you need to be highly interested in savings and investments and experienced from working with wealth management or private banking clients. You need to be able to both work operatively alongside the team in sales and relationship activities, but also strategic to drive the business forward. You are a good relationship builder, with a strong commercial mindset in combination with a collaborative energy. As Head of Private Banking and Partner you will be part of the Nordnet Norway Management team and report to the Country Manager in Nordnet Norway



You and your team will have responsibilities such as:

  • Grow number of customers, net savings and ensure customer satisfaction in Nordnet Private Banking, Active trading and Partner segment.
  • Develop strategy and value offering for the three segments, identify and implement tactical sales and customer satisfaction activities.
  • Key account for all Norwegian partners and fund companies on the Nordnet platform. Day to day follow up, relationship building and strategic reviews.
  • Drive business development activities for the segments. This includes the responsibility for the investment area in Nordnet Norway in collaboration with Nordic.
  • Measure and follow up results. Ensure regulatory compliance.

This is you

We are looking for someone who has:



  • Higher education and more than 5 years of leadership experience, preferably within sales in the financial industry
  • Experience from working with wealth management, Private Banking or active trading clients.
  • Holds the certification “Autorisert Finansiell Rådgiver (AFR)”
  • Experience and proven results in strategic business development.
  • Fluency in English and Norwegian

As a person you are ambitious, result driven and commercial. You combine this with strong people skills and a collaborative mindset. You are driven by the opportunity to work both operative alongside the team and strategic with business development. You set the customer at the center of your way of thinking and has a strong passion for investments.

You enjoy working together with others to create results and are motivated by the possibility to develop a team of five. You can demonstrate results from leading and developing effective sales teams.
