Job description

• Implement strategies, specifications, and reports for cyber security and network infrastructures in industrial automation and control systems
• Ensure design is in accordance with requirements to network infrastructures and cyber security
• Participate in meetings and technical workshops (review network architectures and cyber security compliance)
• Contribute for Design/adaptations/modifications of network infrastructures and interfaces
• Contribute for physical infrastructures within Cyber Security as well as for configurations of network equipment
• Contribute in meetings on lessons learned. Give input to work processes and workflows. Propose improvements in projects
• Review and comment on supplier topology drawings, functional specifications, and test procedures
• Establish project-specific IO ICT documents, such as philosophies and functional requirements in front-end projects, as well as specifications used for inquiry of IO solutions at different project phases.
• Establish and document monitoring requirements at equipment level with the client
• Participate in FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), including reviews of configurations of network equipment  (switches, routers, firewalls etc)

Education:

• MSc, BSc, Technical College, (or other relevant education and experience)
• Good communication skills in Norwegian and English
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in oil & gas industry
• Min 5 years relevant experience within Cyber Security (OT) and Network Engineering
• Experience with NORSOK / Norwegian projects
• Experience with IEC 62443 framework for Cyber Security in Industrial Automation and Control Systems. You have strong knowledge of networks, products, and protocols, including industrial protocols such as Modbus TCP, Profinet, IEC 61850, and OPC UA
• Knowledge of risk assessments for Cyber Security
• Full comprehension of the IP-based communication, especially Layer 2/3/4 mechanisms
• You have experience with administration, implementation, and troubleshooting of VLANs, IPv4, switching/routing, firewall rulesets, NAT, QoS
• You have knowledge of industrial topologies, ISA 99, and the Purdue Model.
• Good knowledge of IO ICT tasks
• Experience with offshore Automation Systems
