The Sourcing/Procurement team lead and manage the procurement for Telenor Towers and its three subsidiaries. We are an integral part of the Telenor Towers finance team and report to the Telenor Towers CFO. We handle everything from smaller to larger strategic projects across multiple categories.

As a Procurement Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring that purchases are made in accordance with business needs and relevant guidelines. You will have the opportunity to participate in and further develop a relatively new business area covering the Nordic region, within the Telenor family.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and administer procurement processes
• Develop and design procurement/sourcing strategies and tactics
• Lead and oversee projects/negotiations for procurement contracts, including responsibility for contracts, pricing, and commercial terms
• Reporting, goal setting, and follow-ups
• Collaboration with technical resources
• Stakeholder Management
• Ensure compliance with Group Policies

So, who are you?

We believe you will thrive and succeed in this role if you have experience in contract drafting, Business Case development, and advanced proficiency in Excel. You have relevant higher education at master's level, preferably in finance, technology, supply chain, or equivalent. Relevant work experience can compensate for the master's degree requirement. We also encourage recent graduates to apply.

In the Procurement Manager position, you will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders, so it is essential that you enjoy collaboration, have negotiation experience, and communicate very effectively in both Norwegian and English, written and oral.

The position may require security clearance in the long term.
