There is a global trend towards decarbonization, and we aim to help our customers to decarbonize their operations and measure their emissions to manage them more efficiently, for instance by delivering brownfield electrification of existing offshore facilities. Now we explore opportunities in the aftermarket for renewables, to deliver offshore maintenance for the renewable sector when the market is ready. To strengthen our team, Aker Solutions in Stavanger is looking for a Senior Instrument Engineer who can help us succeed.

What will you be doing?

Instrument Engineer in Maintenance, Modification and operations in AkerSolutions Stavanger.
Participation in study group.
Concept development work and detail engineering.
Specify and prepare documentation, update Time and SAP with new tag and documentation.
Specification and follow up instrument P.O`s.
Prepare layout, termination and loop dwg`s.
Input to jobcards and preparation of MTO`s.

We think you should have some of the following:

Do you have Msc, Bsc, Technical College, or other relevant education and experience.
Previous experience from COPNO related projects is an advantage.
Professional interest in following development in technology and improving work methods.
Ability to work in teams and to work independently.
Offshore Course: Valid offshore certificate
Available for work in Norway
Good communicative skills in Norwegian and English and team player
