We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Group Executive Management (GEM). This role is pivotal in contributing to the efficiency and success of our business by ensuring all administrative tasks are handled effectively and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full executive support to GEM members, easing their daily workload and travel requirements.
  • Manage meeting schedules, travel planning, and execution in line with company policy.
  • Assist with email monitoring and responses, reducing the email load for CPCAO.
  • Coordinate logistics for external meetings, including invitations, venue, and catering.
  • Support in the preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain organization of Teams site and document structures.
  • Perform light accounting duties, such as invoice administration and approval.
  • Close collaboration with EA to CEO, supporting each other in high workload periods.
  • Engage in close collaboration with other departments and assist with specific projects.
  • Planning and organizing events for GEM.

Qualifications and experience:

  • 3-5 years of executive support experience, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, or relevant experience.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft 365 / Office suite.
  • Proven ability to work with top executive teams.
