Are you the hero we've been waiting for? As the Operational Analytic & Tech Manager in Nordic Customer Service, your missions will include:

  • Take charge of developing our customer service systems, shaping the future of customer interactions.
  • Demonstrate a desire to master Excel, PowerApps and BI datasets, elevating our analytical capabilities.
  • Support and take a higher lead on our operations teams throughout the Nordic region, orchestrating excellence at every stage and ensuring our effort and efficiency meet break even on the cost side.
  • Cultivate robust collaboration within the customer service management team, seeking key insights at all operational levels and keeping our fingers on the pulse of our customers.
  • Become the key person responsible for and contact for analysing customer service data, reporting, and tech support, transforming data into actionable insights so that we can make solid decisions.
  • Work with our development team to establish innovative customer service initiatives and tools for both customer service internally and for our customers, where tech must go hand in hand with convenience and efficiency.
  • Use your skill in English to bridge communication across borders, connecting our diverse teams.

The Practicalities

In your role as Operational Analytic & Tech Manager, you will:
  • Operate across our Nordic call centres in Norway, Denmark, Sweden, and Finland, with regular travel to these locations.
