The role is involved in pre-sales processes with new and potential Partners, demonstrating the functionality supported in our offering. The system specialist will support Partners and Partner development teams in the technical integration and testing. The role will work closely with developers, testers and Technical Product Owner in coordinating the work related to configurations, integration implementation and testing with our Partners.
The System Specialist will also be responsible for communication with Partners regarding future upgrades/changes to our APIs, as well as being main contact for coordinating efforts in case of incidents and questions/support cases with our partners.
Tasks and responsibilities in the role include:
- Contributing on reaching the banks strategies by deliver key results set on team level
- Coordinate onboarding project activities with Partners and internal teams
- Guide and help Partners in getting credentials and to get access to our APIs
- Expert in functionality and documentation of our APIs
- Being responsible of communication and documentation within our developer portal
- Support Partners in utilizing our APIs and systems supporting the online sales processes
- Create and manage plans for onboarding of new Partners to Santander Nordic Auto APIs and Configure internal systems in test and pre-production environments to support Partners.
- Run system demos on APIs and UIs
- Update and handle test cases in backend systems to be able to run the full origination process
- Collect input from Partners and report back to Product Owner and Technical PO with improvements and functional requirements. Contributing on continuous improvements on processes and ways of working

- Experience with financial services, business processes and system configurations.
- Experienced in software lifecycle management.
- Familiar with SAFE and Scrum principles and methodologies
- Experience as project manager on smaller projects is preferable.
- Knowledge and experience with APIM tools and/or API platforms are preferable.
- Background as API developer, tester, scrum master or product owner involving APIs is a plus.
- Experience with APIM tools and platforms, as well as Postman or similar API testing tools
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral, both in one of our Nordic languages and English
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or IT (can be substituted by relevant experience)
