Enhanced Drilling is a well established, yet still evolving company that supplies the oil and gas sector with cutting edge technology. Enhanced Drilling dont just drill wells - we aim to redefine the boundaries of offshore drilling. The solutions we provide allows our customers to drill wells that are otherwise inaccessible. In addition to this, we are very proud that our technology helps lowering emissions and polution, and make a positive impact on our customers ESG. And still, we are never content and always looking to further develop and search for new solutions. Our operations takes us to locations all over the world, with offices in the US and Australia and Head Office in Straume, Norway. The region run from our Head Offices is stretching from Europe, to the Black Sea and to Africa. We are now looking for a Vice President to run the operations within this region.

What you will do:

• Responsible for the operations within the regions, both in terms of performance, quality and growth.
• Be a central driver in building a culture of compliance and quality.
• Responsible for delivering offshore operations, from planning, to execution and close out with lessons.
• Be an inspiring, distinct, and motivational leader, and promote the companys core values.
  Enable and promote collaboration and cross functional interaction across the organisation.
• Maintain and further develop customer relations, and be a visable and active point of contact.
• Lead and take part in the continous impovement of company governance, method of delivery and service quality.

What we are looking for:

• A degree in Engineering. Long and relevant experience may compensate for a lack of formal education.
• Experience with HMSQ and compliance.
• Leadership experience, preferably from the oil and gas industry.
• Operational project experience.
• As both a leader and a team player you are a role model and someone who builds culture.
