Odfjell Oceanwind is looking for a Project Control Manager to help us reach our goal of being the world's leading provider of floating offshore wind solutions.


You will be part of a fast-moving and highly competent team, building the world's leading knowledge base for floating offshore wind turbines in harsh environments. This is a unique opportunity to become a pioneer at the forefront of this next generation technology.

- Relevant education within finance, accounting and project administration, which may can be compensated by relevant experience
- Min 5 years experience within financial- and accounting processes, including project control/project administration/planning experience
- In dept knowledge in establishing and monitoring and control of comprehensive project planning and resource plans
- Pro-active, finds solutions to challenges rather than challenges to solutions
- Structured, service oriented and task focused
- Outstanding communication and cooperation skills in both Norwegian and English (oral and written)

You're an experienced Project Control Manager from the energy industry and know what it takes to work under complex and constantly changing environment. You know each day is unique, each project a new challenge, each partner a new trusting relationship to be developed and maintained. You know the risks and unforeseen challenges of a new technology, being built under a demanding timescale, with business models constantly evolving for the world's harshest environments.
