We are looking for a Commissioning Systems Lead for our Rosebank project!

We are looking for our next Commissioning Systems Lead! In this pivotal role within the Project Development & Execution (PDE) unit, you'll work closely with our Commissioning Manager and be an integral part of our project management team.

As the Commissioning Systems Lead, you'll oversee the quality of discipline-related documentation and engineering activities within the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) phase. Your responsibilities include ensuring all necessary information for commissioning and start-up is readily available, reviewing FAT and SAT procedures, and coordinating closely with various teams to align plans and progress.

Key Responsibikities:

• Monitor and coordinate Mechanical Completion and Commissioning activities

• Ensure compliance with company framework, contract requirements, and relevant regulations

• Foster cooperation and communication between base organization and project teams

• Collaborate with operations teams and clients to define scope of work

• Lead N2He Testing and contribute to seamless transition to Commissioning and Operation phases

• Assist in commissioning activities planning and execution

• Participate in risk management processes and project risk workshops

Qualification Requirements

• Technical education at Bachelor level or equivalent

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in project execution and commissioning

• Extensive experience in Construction and Mechanical Completion activities

• Leadership qualities with experience in coordinating commissioning activities

• Familiarity with FPSO redeployment is preferred

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
