Execution Services Associate at AKJ

AKJ is seeking a dedicated and results oriented professional for the position of Execution Services Associate. The department is responsible for providing global execution, prime services and general support to the firm’s institutional clients.

Your role will be to face our clients directly, executing orders across multiple asset classes and assisting with prime brokerage services. You will also provide technical support for electronic order flow.

The role involves working a mix of European and US market hours.

Responsibilities include:

· Execution of electronic and manual orders across global markets.

· Providing prime brokerage support in multiple asset classes.

· Monitoring and support of electronic order flow.

· Troubleshoot FIX, API routing issues.

· Onboarding of new clients to the Execution platform.

· Continuous development of systems and routines.

Required Qualifications:

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Strong academic records.

· English proficiency (oral very important).

· 2-5 years relevant work experience.

· Proactive and self-driven work style, and a good team player.

· High level of integrity.

· Ability to effectively manage priorities.

· Ability to work at a global workplace.
