In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring compliance obligations under the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

Job Description

• Provide support and expert advice to PSR and relevant business lines 

• Engage in close dialogue with legal and IT security experts to streamline work processes, update templates, and enhance awareness within PSR and relevant business lines

• Facilitate awareness campaigns for contract teams and operational procurements in collaboration with legal

• Assist PSR and business representatives in completing compliance tasks, including drafting transfer impact assessments and data processing agreements

• Address GDPR issues arising from contracts where suppliers process personal data 

• Collaborate with EMA to ensure GDPR compliance in procurement design and follow-up

• Develop and promote awareness materials, such as knowledge articles and compliance process illustrations, in collaboration with legal

Qualification Requirements

• Education: Preferably Master of Law

• Experience: Prior experience with supply chain management, ensuring compliance with GDPR during procurement activities and contract establishment

• Delivery Expectations: Uphold important values, fluency in English, effective communication skills combining legal requirements with practical procurement tasks

• Personal Qualities: Dedication, ability to manage multiple cases, attention to detail, personal integrity, self-driven team player, cooperative attitude, curiosity, commitment to continuous development, and safety expectations.
