In March of 2024, we signed a new partner agreement with the wonderful people and products from Wellvene in the UK. This opens an opportunity for you to come take part in what we do. 


We are looking for a Product Line Manager, who shares our “well-first” principle and who is open, creative, and honest.

We also host larger events such as our annual ski trip where we invite partners and clients for a fun day on the slopes. In the summer, we take them out to sea. Our ONS events are always popular. 

Our office is located centrally on Forus where we enjoy modern facilities alongside several other innovative tech companies.

Now we are on the lookout for a talented and highly motivated individual to run the intervention product line and act as a local representative for our partner company Wellvene.


We are looking for:


  • You have 5 years of relevant experience in a sales or business development role with an established network in Norway.
  • You have worked within the well interventions and well integrity market. (wireline/slickline experience ideally)
  • You have a passion for customer service and a reputation which shows it.
  • You have outstanding presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Of course, you are enthusiastic, dynamic, and able to work autonomously and using your initiative.


Your every day will consist of meetings with clients, setting up the best solution for their wells sourcing tools/equipment from our partners as well as sometimes custom designing solutions to ensure the best result. You will handle the Norwegian O&G market as a Marwell representative and Product Line Manager for Wellvene. 

There will be travelling involved. Mostly between Stavanger and Bergen, but also to other domestic locations where there are clients and potential clients. It is also important you cultivate an excellent relationship with Wellvene so you need to be willing and eager to visit them in the UK regularly.
