About the Role:
As we drive forward with our digitalization initiatives, we are in search of a Team Lead .NET to take lead in our projects. Your primary focus will be to lead your team, ensuring they find fulfillment in their tasks and responsibilities, thus enabling us to consistently deliver top-tier solutions for our clients. You will play a key role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex cloud software systems tailored to meet the evolving needs of our clients and users.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor your team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
Design, implement, and maintain complex cloud-based software systems for web platforms
Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize efficiency
Keep up with the latest technologies and trends, continuously enhancing our technical capabilities

Preferred Skills & Experiences:

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a software engineer/programmer, with a strong emphasis on .NET development
Previous managerial experience is prederred
Proficiency in Agile development methodologies
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Relevant Technologies:

C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML5, SQL, Angular, React, Blazor
Azure, Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub, CI/CD tools
SQL Server, Mongo DB, Cosmos DB
PowerBI
