About the role:
As part of our continued evolution, we are seeking a driven individual to join us in a pivotal role focused on data engineering. As a key member of our team, you will be entrusted with the responsibility to maintain, design, and construct systems for the collection, storage, and analysis of data at scale. Your primary objective will be to develop robust data pipelines that seamlessly integrate and assess information from diverse source systems, ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the process.

Main tasks & responsibilities
Maintain, design and build systems for collecting, storing, and analyzing data at scale and building data pipelines to bring together and do quality assessment of information from different source systems.

Preferred skills & experiences

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a data engineer.
Building, scaling, and maintaining large batch data pipelines and real-time ETL or ELT pipelines.
Ability to work with both structured and unstructured data.
Designing and supporting data lakes and data marts.
Experience with continuous integration processes and tools.
Gathering business requirements and implementing data processes to meet these requirements.
Troubleshooting models in a production environment to ensure accuracy and performance.

Relevant technologies

SQL, Python, PySpark, Scala,, C#, Java & Shell Scripting
Azure, with a focus on Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse & Databricks
SQL Server, MongoDB & CosmosDB
PowerBI or similar
GitHub or Azure DevOps
