Eiffage Norge is looking for a Team leader Machine operator

We are in an exciting period of new opportunities in Europe. We are strengthening our international team and have recently open several position to work within our EIFFAGE Infrastructure branch EIFFAGE Norge, based in Porsgrunn, Norway.

Eiffage Norge is the main contractor for the E18 Langangen-Rugtvedt highway. The project is a 4-lane 18km long highway including 3 bridges and 2 mains twin’s tunnels (Bjonnas Tunnel 2.5km and Grenland Tunnel 5.1km). It started in January 2021 and will run until end 2025.

You will join a dynamic team in Norway with a potential of long-term assignment in Scandinavia.

We are looking for a team leader of machines operators with M1/M5 certificates who has experience in mass handling work.

Your daily duty is to coordinate a team of two or three drivers spread on several sites to remove tunnel masses with dozers and maintain road used for mass haul transportation with a tractor all around the project sites.

You might be also requested to drive the machines (dozer and tractor) when needed.

You are reporting to mass haul engineer who will give you the main project priorities.

Start: as soon as possible

Required qualifications:

• M1/M5 certificates
• Based in Porsgrunn area (37.5 hours working week, from Monday to Friday)
• Good communication skills in English and Norwegian,
• Have demonstrable commitment to Health & Safety ensuring everyone goes home safe every day
• Have a car driving license
• Have experience with team coordination and good organization skills

• Management of storage areas
• Maintenance of the site access, including road maintain, snow removal, road watering and brushing
