As an employee at Quality Hotel 33 kitchen, your tasks will, among other things be:


  • Responsibility for the production of food for either breakfast, lunch or dinner/banquet
  • Food production with consistently high quality
  • Food waste is important to you and you work hard to minimize food waste and wastage at all levels.
  • You are concerned with quality and have great respect for raw materials and margins.
  • Co-responsible for hygiene and food safety
  • Contribute to a high level of service in close dialogue with the rest of the F&B team
  • Involvement in menu and concept development at all times
  • Collaborate good with other colleaugs and management team in the kitchen.
  • Be a part of and inspire the kitchen team in delivering top-notch culinary offerings.

Working hours will involve morning- and late shifts, work on both weekdays and weekends.


Who are we looking for?


  • You are energetic, have courage and you are enthusiastic
  • You have experience as a chef and are used to focusing on high quality and service in an hectic environment.
  • It is desirable that you have a certificate/diploma as a chef in addition to relevant experience, but experience can outweigh the education.
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced work environment but still keep a good structure and organization of your work.
  • You are a team player who is flexible and stands up for your colleagues.
  • You take responsibility for your own work and carry out your tasks independently.
  • We prefer that you either speak Scandinavian or at least understand Norwegian
