NCL are looking for an experienced, skillful and hands-on Software Developer

to join our Research & Development team.

You will be part of a team developing software for our logistics and shipping activities. Focus on quality code, continuous integration, testing, and code reviews. Regularly use software engineering practices such as debugging, profiling, version control, and automated testing. 

Work on existing code across the product and on an architectural level 

About you

·       Knowledge of Linux, Windows, and macOS systems 

·       Curious and creative to solve challenges and tasks 

·       Interested in software design and architecture 

·       Good understanding of development workflow 

·       Educated within the field of computer science, automation or comparable. (candidates with relevant experience/education can be considered)

You got working knowledge within

·      React/Angular/Vue.JS 

·      Javascript/Typescript 

·      API-development 

·      Docker 

·      Kubernetes 

·      PHP

·      HTML/CSS, JavaScript

·      Database design and infrastructure

·      Willingness to learn and adapt to the development of new technologies

·      Experience with Git, Azure and Digital Ocean

At least three years of experience in the field

Good communication skills in Norwegian and English
