Odfjell Oceanwind is looking for a Project Development Manager to help us reach our goal of being the world's leading provider of floating offshore wind solutions.

Odfjell Oceanwind is perfectly placed to move into the next phase of our company development. Now that our first floating offshore wind projects are being accelerated together with our partners, Odfjell Oceanwind needs to strengthen its project development team in order to further build and mature our project portfolio in Norway and in selected regions in Europe.

The Project Development Manager will be a key position in a fast-moving and highly competent team, building and maintaining a pipeline of project development opportunities in harsh environments. This is a unique opportunity to be a key part of a fast-growing company at the forefront of this next generation technology, and to engage with some of the most interesting and demanding partner discussions within the floating offshore wind domain.

• 10+ years of experience from the energy industry, including experience from project development and project management work in an international environment
• Well established industry network
• Self driven
• Ability to challenge and improve existing processes and business models
• Positive attitude, finds solutions to challenges rather than challenges to solutions
• Outstanding communication skills in both Norwegian and English (oral and written)

You're an experienced project developer from the energy industry and know what it takes to work under complex and constantly changing environment. You know each day is unique, each project a new challenge, each partner a new trusting relationship to be developed. You know the risks and unforeseen challenges of a new technology, being built under a demanding timescale, with business models constantly evolving for the world's harshest environments.
