We are looking for a candidate to be part of the HSE team supporting MPM Manufacturing and project delivery of high-performance multiphase flow meters for the Oil and gas industry globally. The candidate will have responsibility for planning, implementation of HSE activities for MPM site.



Job Description

  • Implementation, maintenance, and improvement of HSE management systems and support processes that secure the fulfillment of the HSE management objectives and deliveries.
  • Proactively manage the various elements of the HSE system to ensure compliance with applicable national and international requirement, customer requirements, TechnipFMC requirements.
  • Works closely with Project Teams to assure that the HMS processes are well established within the Projects and support on external and internal compliance reviews.
  • Assures that Project specific HSE documents are issued and delivered to the projects according to schedule.
  • Executes, maintains and follow-up Project specific Risk Assessments to meet Projects objectives and TechnipFMC general objectives.
  • Be part of the local QHSE management team, support department level activities include first aid, industrial protection etc.
  • Advises HSE manager in HSE activities.
  • Leads and supports company level HSE activities such Green Team, SIFP, SIF investigation, Environmental improvement.
  • Monitors, verify and report HSE data in the system, and propose improvement proposals.
  • Plans and implements HSE inspections.
  • Provides HSE trainings such as safe choice.
  • Participates HSE network, lifting and pressure committee.
  • Advises in internal and external audits (client and 3rd party)
  • Implements and improves company HSE processes, leads local chemical management, and waste management etc.


You are meant for this job if:

  • Experienced in QHSE management in oil and gas industry, or other manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of ISO 14001 & 45001 and TechnipFMC operating requirements
  • Good understanding of design, manufacturing process
  • Sound Knowledge and Skill in PPT, Word and Excel
  • Capable of supporting technical issues and performing risk assessment, root cause analysis.
  • Minimum Bachelor education level and 5 years work experience in Quality, HSE, Engineering or equivalent. Newly graduated BSc or MSc candidates are also encouraged to apply.
