QRM Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain Project Quality and Risk Management Programs and ensure implementation
• Support Quality and Risk Manager and coordinate the Quality and Risk Management activities in the projects
• Establish Audit and Verification Plan for the project and ensure activities are followed up
• Coordinate, analyse and follow up nonconformity reports (NC)
• Participate and contribute to the Quality and Risk Management network in the Company

Required Education:

• Master or Bachelor within technical or commercial topics.
• Relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal qualifications

Required Work Experience:

• Minimum 1- 3 years of relevant experience

Required skills:

• Strong analytical skills and strong risk awareness
• Excellent planning, organizational and analytic ability, attention to detail and ability to work independently and manage challenges
• Strong oral and written communication skills, both in Norwegian and English

Duration

• Planned start: asap to 28.02.2026

Work Location:

• Bergen, 5 days week
• Other location can be Asker, Harstad or Hammerfest
