What is on offer?

Fillet production work at the salmon production line
Six weeks rotation (4 weeks work & 2 weeks off)

Ideal candidates will have

Relevant experience from production of fillets (minimum 12 months experience with headcutting, filleting, trimming or pin boning)
Good understanding of health, safety and hygiene seafood
You are effective and can produce high quality fillets
English and/or Norwegian skills at a conversational level

All applicants must provide a valid ID card or passport to confirm 'right to work' in Norway before an offer of work can be given.

First Seafood was founded in 2014 and offered fresh and frozen seafood products to the HORECA segment and export markets. In 2016, First Seafood became part of the Insula Group and in September 2022 we opened a brand new fish processing factory in Kongsvinger. First Seafood owns part of the business in a factory in Ålesund and is building another completely new filleting plant in Bergen (completed in spring 2024).
