We perform advisory services and early phase studies for our clients. We use all our knowledge and expertise developing solutions for green and blue hydrogen and ammonia, e-fuels, carbon capture and treatment plants, aquaculture, offshore wind, and infrastructure as well as low carbon oil and gas field development.

Do you want to be a part of driving this transition? Our Study Management team at Fornebu is now looking for a Senior Study Manager.

What will you be doing?

• Be a study manager combined with a technical role in studies
• Be part of a creative team developing energy solutions for the future
• Work with the main clients within a wide energy sector
• Deliver on own studies
• Responsible for HSEQ, cost and schedule in studies
• Build client trust
• Active participation in workshops/reviews
• Participate in sales activities and presentations
• Tenders
• Manage study teams with experts from several of our global locations

We think you should have:

• Higher Technical University degree
• 5-10 years of relevant experience
• Proven leadership experience in project/study management or discipline lead roles
• Multidiscipline skillset is an advantage
• Broad knowledge of design philosophies and concept development
• Project execution experience, fabrication knowledge is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English (both verbally and in writing) is an advantage.
• You are efficient and structured in your way of working in combination with a service and solution-oriented approach
• You are a team player with a strong work ethic and a proactive and positive attitude
• You are curious and have an open mind when it comes to understanding customer needs
• You are adaptable and enjoy working in a dynamic environment
