Are you our next Preservation Lead?

We are seeking an experienced Preservation Lead to ensure the successful execution of all Preservation activities within project schedule and manhour budgets, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing personnel within your area of responsibility in accordance with organizational charts.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

• General administration, communication, and manpower within the discipline, accountable for Preservation

• Ensure overall Preservation deliverables for the project

• Monitor resource needs and ensure efficient implementation

• Oversee task assignments and deliverables, assist team members as needed

• Execute and follow up on ITP inspections

• Plan, monitor, and progress work according to plan and budget

• Provide and receive interface-related information

• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements

• Prepare utilities and systems for commissioning tests

Qualification Requirements

• Technical education and background

• Technical experience in relevant disciplines

• Experience in lead positions on multidiscipline projects

• Experience in equivalent work from projects or base

• Ambitious towards goals and systematic in management of multidiscipline work

• Personal skills and experience may compensate for some lack of formal education
