The position

By joining our team in Technology, Digital & Innovation you will have the opportunity to:
  • Ensure IT investments align with business strategies and objectives, providing direction for the IT portfolio based on the organization's long-term goals and priorities.
  • Facilitate the funding and resource allocations across IT product teams and projects, and establish budgets that balance innovation, maintenance, and expansion needs.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of IT product and projects, using metrics and performance indicators to assess their contribution towards achieving strategic objectives.
  • Proactively identify, analyze and mitigate risks associated with Digital portfolios.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure that the IT portfolio delivers the maximum possible value to the organization, through cost-benefit analysis and total cost of ownership assessments.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders to inform decision-making regarding IT investments.
  • Facilitate IT portfolio prioritization process to achieve an optimal mix of investments, taking into consideration various factors like business objectives, risk profiles, time horizons and technology lifecycles.
  • Regularly communicate updates on the IT investment portfolio's performance and health to stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Management, Economics, Information Technology Management or similar fields.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience within performance management, IT or data analytics is preferred.
  • Good understanding of IT product portfolio management methodologies, tools and best practices. Project management skills and familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience in developing IT product roadmaps and evaluating product performance using data-driven metrics.
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral.
  • Experience with Power BI and Financial Analytics or similar tools is beneficial.
  • Strategic and commercial mindset, with the ability to manage risk and drive deliveries to achieve tangible results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence, along with good interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Proactivity, flexibility and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
