Are you experienced in analyzing data and want to learn more about HR? – temporary position

One of our colleagues will be on leave for one year, and we are looking for a structured and service-minded HR Coordinator to join Gard’s HR team based at our head office in Arendal. You are good with numbers, an experienced Excel user and are motivated by operational tasks. This role has a global reach as you will support colleagues in all our offices around the world and collaborate with leaders and employees from different functions.


In this role, you will:

• Collaborate on analysis and reporting of HR data to the organization and the HR team
• Provide the HR team with operational assistance related to on- and off-boarding and relocation of employees
• Maintain our HR system to ensure HR data accuracy

The person we are looking for:

• Is well organized, structured and a quick learner
• Values high service levels and the importance of "getting it right the first time"
• Works detailed and structured, and is comfortable using several IT-platforms and systems
• Is good with numbers and an experienced Excel user
• Works independently but has good collaboration skills and likes delivering as part of a team
• Is proficient in written and spoken English and Norwegian
