Marketing & Communication Manager

Field is a geospatial technology company with 250 employees in five countries. External

• Enhance the company's brand and reputation.
• Create and implement marketing communication plans with team leaders.
• Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and inquiries.
• Act as a primary media liaison for managing and responding to press inquiries.
• Manage and develop the company website.
• Build reach and drive engagement with target audiences on our social media platforms.
  
  

Internal

• Manage and develop the company intranet.
• Plan and implement employer branding with Human Resources.
• Assist with change management in collaboration with the leadership team.
• Motivate, collaborate, and educate teams across the business to apply best-practice communications.

Ideally, you will have the following:

• Experience in similar B2B marketing and communications roles.
• Higher education within a relevant discipline.
• A strategic mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Proven experience producing digital marketing strategies and content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and English.
• An open mind to others’ ideas but bold enough to bring yours to the table.
• More creativity and personality than this job advertisement.
