Pipe support engineer

Planned start date: 02/04/2024
Planned end date: 31/12/2025
Work location: Stavanger
Work schedule: Mon - Fri

Job Responsibilities:

Design pipe supports in E3D
Carry-out basic calculations of pipe supports
Prepare, check and approve MTO
Insert data to engineering registry
Give input to plan and to estimate own scope
Participate on site surveys (on-/ offshore)

Required Education:

Masters or bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering

Required Work Experience:

Long experience in E3D Design and Draft of Supports for offshore projects in Norway
Proficient in Design of Supports for Brownfield Modification Projects.
Experience in Checking of Pipe Support Design and Drawings
Multidisciplinary understanding
Well acquainted with NORSOK and ISO standards

Required Qualifications:

Have good communication skills in English and Norwegian(preferable) both orally and in writing
Have a cooperative working attitude
Be systematic and accurate
Have a high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements
Have the ability to see multiple design – cases (solution oriented)

Required Certificates:

Have or be able to obtain a valid offshore and health Certificate
